ClippaNet is committed to ensuring that the machinery continues to provide customers with many years of efficient operation.
To support the machinery, ClippaNet offers a range of Service Options. From providing service support on an “as required” basis to undertaking tailored maintenance schemes designed to minimise downtime, we provide essential service attention during periods when the machinery can be made available. The level of service required is at the discretion of each individual customer but all levels of service are of equal importance to ClippaNet.
To ensure that in the unfortunate event of a breakdown downtime is kept to a minimum, ClippaNet holds a stock of parts based on actual and forecast usage for all types of machinery sold or hired. Dispatch methods can be varied according to the customer’s specific requirements.
ClippaNet strives for excellence in its supply and support service to ensure that it remains the first choice supplier with its customers and prospects for net packaging machinery.
The delivery of the machinery to site only signifies another step in the supply procedure.
Whilst most machinery is installed with relative ease, a ClippaNet engineer will carry out the installation and commission the machinery, ensuring that the individual items operate in conjunction with each other to achieve the quoted packing rates.
Safe operation of the machinery is paramount and operator training is a key part of the commissioning process. ClippaNet’s commissioning engineer will demonstrate the correct and safe use of the machine to a nominated person or persons and, where appropriate, service and maintenance training is provided for the customer’s in-house engineering staff.
